Now the work has all been completed and certified, I thought I should just let you know how pleased we are with the work you and your team have undertaken for us.

 The help and guidance you all provided, at every stage of the build, was invaluable - and gratefully received by us - in ensuring we had everything covered and thought through.  From the initiation of the project, through the planning phase, the build and then the finishing, your whole team has been so supportive and professional.  The quality of the workmanship of the team was excellent throughout, as was the positive and helpful attitude they always showed our family and neighbours when on site - it was a genuine pleasure to have them working here, even when the weather was against you !!!

Last year Malcolm and his team built a single storey extension on our house and re-configured the downstairs layout. They never seemed stressed or overwhelmed by any of the inevitable complications that arose when the job was ongoing (e.g. Previous pipes being in the way and having to be moved etc).

Some of the most important things when you are searching for a builder is to find a good reliable builder who will complete the work to a good standard and provide an accurate competitive quote. Malcolm was the only builder out of the five who quoted that filled us with any confidence. Our extension was not an easy one as it involved drainage work, a vaulted ceiling and building an extension in a space that had two pre existing walls to be incorporated into the new build, one an original and one from a previous extension.

During the build, Malcolm dealt with the building inspector to ensure work was compliant to the standard. The quality of the build and finish is very good. The quote was accurate with no hidden extras and there was clear communication throughout the eight weeks they were on site for a three room build. The team was polite, courteous and professional at all times.
